Brian is the best took care of me two years in a row two separate occasions wasn’t even planned great service both times shout out him !
Very easy to work with. Nice people on every level. Easy return. Nice car. A slight misunderstanding about how toll fees are charged thru the company, but was cleared up upon return of the car. Would use Alamo again anytime.
Phenomenal experience. They have everything in order. The shuttle took us directly there, the check in was by a friendly staff member (Mesfin), the paperwork was easy, the car was immediately brought out, the Nissan Rogue was fun to drive, clean and fresh, in great condition, the reminder text was thoughtful, the return was beyond easy. What a great experience with Alamo! Arriving in Houston for our first ever visit, was even easier through the rental process at Alamo. We had booked it through Costco. The staff was friendly and funny and got us set up with our car right away. Easy peasy! Return day was even easier! Thanks to the staff at Alamo for making our first trip to Houston a great one!
