The customer service was outstanding. The customer service agent working the counter at the Montrose airport was friendly, professional, and explained things well. Every customer service agent should take lessons from that guy. The rental car was better than expected. The agent working the counter when I returned the vehicle was friendly. This is the best rental car experience I’ve ever had.
