TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE on pick up! Multiple employees, but only one person helping anyone. Stood line line for over an hour, even though we had a reservation, and there wasn't that many rentals. The other car rental company seemed to have no problem. Edit: I added some back because it was easy to return and Dan was helpful.
Been waiting 45 minutes and the line is barely moving
The Alamo/ Enterprise team was very helpful when we had a MTJ-DEN flight that was severely delayed and were very accommodating and helpful in getting us to Denver in time for a connection. Thanks for the help!!!

We arrived to the Montrose, CO regional airport at a peak busy time. The line was long and when we stepped up to the counter, Our agent explainedy that the car we rented had not yet been returned. Our agent, Alex offered a substitute car, and fortunately we were able to return the next morning to pick up the car that we needed.
