I want to take a moment to thank Jimmy, the driver for this company, for his outstanding service. Two weeks ago, my client had an appointment, and unfortunately,the company was running 25 minutes late. This was especially stressful as my family member is wheelchair-bound, and waiting that long was simply not an option. When Jimmy arrived, he handled the situation with grace and professionalism. I just so happened to see your site and thought I’d write a positive review. People are sometimes quick to write a negative but not a positive. The driver Mr. Jimmy has been my husband’s driver on his trips for quite some time. He is hands down one of the best drivers at Alamo Regional Transportation. He’s always professional, pays close attention to his passengers, and makes sure everyone gets to their destination safely. I just wanted you to know I'm thankful for the ride. The driver that picked me up was name Jimmy, he was super nice and helpful. The guy that brought me back home today was vincent he was also as kind. They drove safely and answered any concerns I had about the trip. Very nice guys. Be thankful you have such a great team. That's rare these days.
