This Organization is TERRIBLE!!! I'm calling from Seguin to understand and potentially schedule $4 rides with your PRONTO Service. Twice I held on the phone for 30 mins at 2 & 3pm today. No pick-up or answering by any live voice. You have a Service in Seguin that NO ONE can contact for travel arrangements. I repeat my comment above; This is a TERRIBLE Organization!!!
Unable to get voicemail to leave a message. Van #2804 was speeding, weaving in and out of traffic…. A real hazard
Enjoy the ride and friendlyness of the drivers especially Jimmy. He’s always careful and always early or on time. Never have to worry when it comes to the company. They are my favorite way of transportation.
