To the driver that pumped gas at the Valero next to the airport on truck 7961 or 7916, please have your driver take anger management classes. Never heard such a rude person talking like that to another person.

I want to take a moment to thank Jimmy, the driver for this company, for his outstanding service. Two weeks ago, my client had an appointment, and unfortunately,the company was running 25 minutes late. This was especially stressful as my family member is wheelchair-bound, and waiting that long was simply not an option. When Jimmy arrived, he handled the situation with grace and professionalism. I just so happened to see your site and thought I’d write a positive review. People are sometimes quick to write a negative but not a positive. The driver Mr. Jimmy has been my husband’s driver on his trips for quite some time. He is hands down one of the best drivers at Alamo Regional Transportation. He’s always professional, pays close attention to his passengers, and makes sure everyone gets to their destination safely.
