I have used this for years and the service has been amazing as of the past couple of months the phone wait times are very low the representatives have been very efficient at scheduling. Great job improving the experience!
They can get you where you need to go...but not on the date and time you need to be there. 😑
Their bus system is so unreliable. They want to keep picking me up from work 5 to 10 min before my work shift ends, even if I pick 45 mins after my shift ends. Like... Wut?!
