Very unreliable for timing for rides home from work. Either it’s 15 minutes before shift ends or nearly an hour after it ends. The scheduling needs significant improvements or this service needs to go out of business.
I have used this for years and the service has been amazing as of the past couple of months the phone wait times are very low the representatives have been very efficient at scheduling. Great job improving the experience!
They can get you where you need to go...but not on the date and time you need to be there. 😑
