This was my first time fencing. The instructor and staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient! I plan to continue learning & would definitely recommend their upcoming summer camps to friends & family with children.
Awesome instruction and fun time. Highly recommend for a summer beat the heat physical activity to keep your heart pumping.
Today we conquered our inner warrior! This was such a fun activity that will have to bring it back! Andrei, Oksana, and the team taught us the fundamentals and we got to fence for a good amount of time. They were so kind and helpful. Don’t underestimate fencing because it’s truly a workout! We are so grateful for the welcoming environment, and that all of the equipment was provided it. Our experience also helped me appreciate the sport even more.
I just completed an intro class with a phenomenal group of women. We were all first timers and Coach Andrei, Coach Oksana and staff were very patient and accommodating. A highly recommend AFA for a welcoming introduction to the sport.
I came with my outdoor group Black Women Who and I had the best time. Coach and his assistants were great. It was an amazing workout but we learned so much in such a short amount of time. I will definitely be going to the adult Saturday classes for sure. Thanks to Coach and his well skilled helpers. This was such an eye opening experience. DJ
