I had a very upsetting experience today. After finishing my movie, I went to use the family bathroom outside of Room 2. I locked the door, but a man was still able to open it while I was inside — clearly the lock isn’t working. I immediately went to the front desk to report it. The staff member’s response was, “Oh, the bathroom on the left side?” — which made it seem like they already knew about the problem.
