Love it there but you got rid of the chili garlic popcorn. That's seriously half the reason I went. If you don't bring it back I'm canceling my membership and going back to not really caring about movies that much. I really can just watch them later. They go to streaming so fast now. I was going to several movies a month just to get that popcorn. Bring it back. Getting rid of that item was the Worst mistake ever.
Best experience in a movie theater. Excellent service. Small theater rooms made for a better, intimate showing. Love all the nostalgic movie posters in the hallways!

**WARNING LONG POST: We stumbled across this place earlier in the year because one thing about the movies now a days (that I don’t agree with) they will pull a movie out so fast if it’s not hitting number they need to (AMC). Back then when we used to go to the Mills Mall theater it wasn’t like that they had more than enough theaters for you to see any movie that came out. For almost two months. The Alamo had a fantastic start but lately all aspects of it has gone downhill. The last three times I've visited they have either forgetting to bring my order, the order was incorrect, or the food was cold or poorly prepared. I had a milkshake that was strangely watered down. It's a bummer because when I address the issues they are sincere about resolving it but the hassle makes me not want to come back. All of the right ingredients are here for an awesome experience they just need to make it more consistent.
