Exceptional service, quick turnaround, professional and friendly demeanor. Fixed price was provided up front. If I needed a tow in the future, I will definitely call Alamo City Towing. And I will heartily recommend them to others. A very pleasant experience in the midst of a frustrating situation.
Watch out for Alamo towing truck on 90. Going around on the shoulder lane driving reckless and honking. Impatient with a roadblock.
Obviously I do not want to have to tow my car due to mechanical reasons, BUT if I had to again, I would only be giving Alamo City Towing a call. I chose this business because it seemed like the staff was all female and it made an already anxious situation less stressful for a woman myself. Kind conversations and it went by without any major issue. Thank you for the help!
