    I can share only my experience I have had with this company and IT WAS NOT A GOOD ONE. I contacted Alamo city Limousine Service in March of 2017 regarding booking a Limo for my wedding day on May 12th. The gentlemen that answered was receptive and informative. Which of course hooked me right away. After discussing the details he told me that someone from his office would be contacting me the next day to send me pictures of the white limo that I would be renting and a contract to look over before finalizing the booking. I did not hear back from anyone for 2 days. I was trying to be positive and thought, their customer service was so good they are just very busy. NO! that was my first red flag that I didn't listen to. I called and left a message explaining I had spoken to the owner 2 days ago and requested a call back to give my e-mail address to receive pictures,contract and start to finalizing the booking and put the deposit down for May 12th. Another two days went by and I heard nothing. So I sent and e-mail requesting contact. Again, I didn't listen to the signs. Three days later I received a contract from Ebonny Brown, Office Manager. I replied back explaining I was wanting the pictures of the vehicle I would be renting before signing anything. That took another several days. Finally I received pictures of a bright white limo Fully Stocked with Waters, and several different types of sodas. Well that looked fine. So I called Ms. Brown 3 times and left messages requesting a return call to finalize the booking and make the payment in full. After a few days from the last message I had left both on her cell phone and office phone I receive an e-mail someone from Alamo Limo stating Ms. Brown has a family emergency and they were sorry for the delay and if I would call the office to finalize the booking they would take care of it. Then I called the office number and left 2 messages. No return calls. I send a e-mail to Ms. Brown stating that I was concerned with the lack of followup on my booking and if they didn't feel as though they could provide the service I had been promised to please let me know and I would make other arrangements. I received an e-mail back from Ms. Brown assuring me that was not the case and everything would be perfect for my special day and that she was out of the office but would call me the next day to finalize and take payment. And finally something was done that they said they would do. They called for the payment!!!!! I gave her the address again and requested the limo be there at 4:30pm. No problem she replies. They will call you 4 hours before their scheduled time and introduce themselves and also arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time of pickup. My wedding day comes......... One hour before the limo is suppose to be there I haven't heard from ANYONE!!! With getting hair and makeup done and getting dressed I call Ms. Brown and tell her I haven't heard from anyone. Ms. Brown replies I'll call him right now and call you back. I hear nothing. Everyone I know getting ready to come to my wedding or already there. I receive a call from a very excited man asking me about my day. WHAT????? I am not in the mood to chit chat and I proceed to give him my address to make sure he has it. His response, I was just calling to confirm the address was correct.... Dude your already late, just get here!!!!!The limo arrives at 5:00. just the time I am supposed the be at the venue. I am texting people that I will be later than expected. I am trying not to cry. The driver gets there and my maid of honor go directly to the vehicle, the driver asks don;'t you want to take pictures? I looked at him, Are You Kidding?????!!!!! No, we are late. I get in and can feel the limo is very warm. My maid of honor starts looking at the buttons to lower the temperature and I start to look for water because I know I will need some until the vehicle cools down. THERE IS A 2

    This is the best limo service in San Antonio in my opinion. I love that the driver contacts you and let you know where they are and how many minutes they are away from your location to pick-up. This company has awesome communication; not only did they call and confirm my services they also call when they are on their way, and arrive 15 minutes early. I also loved how they provide beverages such as waters and sodas, other limo companies charge extra and they don't. Their prices are very reasonable, I would most definitely use them again, and I will refer everyone to this company. Just outstanding!
