We had a very good experience at this Alamo location and received excellent advice from Ron. They wanted to give us a free SUV upgrade, but when I mentioned that we were traveling to Canada, among other places, it wasn't possible. I don't like SUVs anyway. The Camry was a perfect car for our trip. Thanks, Ron!
A queue as always whenever I rent a car. The staff were helpful and polite. The car was good.
We had a great experience renting from Alamo. We picked up a car in Boston and dropped it off in Providence and the process on both ends was smooth and easy. Everyone was friendly and explained how everything worked (as I was a first time car renter). Would definitely recommend.
We had an issue with our car as we were leaving the rental parking lot. In a few minutes the manager came through and brought us a new and better vehicle. Great service
