We could not be anymore pleased with the work that Alamo Ad Valorem provided this year. I tried to protest the taxes on my own and was essentially shut down at the gate. I contacted Daniel and his amazing team and they took over from there. He made the rest very easy. Because the county mismanaged my paperwork, Daniel had to file an additional appeal which added more time and work to our protest. Please make sure you understand exactly what you are being charged for. He does respond quickly, and that is nice, but I ended up paying way more than the entire tax savings I got from doing the protest with them. :( I didn't realize this was the way he calculated the rate... In my eyes, for that, I wouldn't have bothered doing a protest since it came out to be more expensive to protest than not doing anything, which to me makes absolutely no sense at all. Very professional and thorough and did a great job representing my property during binding arbitration against the county and his hard work resulted in a substantial reduction in the counties appraised value for our property.
