Tuan doesn't keep to his word and is very difficult to work with. If you want any more clarification or information on your loan you are absolutely bothering him. Also the company that he works for will freaking openly mail your cards with a bunch of personal information just exposed not even inside of a closed envelope. I don't recommend him or the corporation he works for.
