Alameda medical supply carries a variety of scrubs and uniforms for the medical field. However, their customer service is less than desirable and if you have to order anything be prepared to wait forever. We came in to replace nearly all of our uniforms after a misfortunate event where our laundry got stolen that had all of our uniforms in that. Rude elderly lady, I couldn't even finish my purchase. I was standing at the register to pay with the young lady and was told by the rude elderly that they are closed. 5stars for the young lady that assisted me during my search for the scrubs, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.........response: you basically told me you were closed so to be done. You were not in our conversation at the register yet felt the need to tell me that. Okay.
Went in store to find scrub set that fit. Ordered two sets each in two different colors because they didn't have the correct ones in stock.. Had to pay extra plus tariff. Okay paid in full. Called 2 weeks later to see if items arrived because they said it would be delayed due to memorial day holiday, and they said no they would contact me and order should definitely arrive the next week. Have been a loyal customer of Alameda medical supply for the last few years & today I was ran out of the store by the owner and fellow employee for trying on scrubs without purchasing! The owner stated that because it was her business, she was entitled to do what she pleased. Since working in the medical field, I have always purchased my scrubs from this location, specifically because they are privately owned and the way I was disrespected today was disgusting and disgraceful.
