I've hesitated for too long to express how unbelievably rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and, worst of all, condescending the counter guy named Rick is. On several occasions Rick went out of his way to make me feel super uncomfortable when I simply asked a basic question about a product that I went there to purchase. Old white Guy on the left side of counter looked at me with a supid face on him self, didn’t want to help or order an electrical box I needed even showed him a picture and didn’t even bother to look it up, how can you be a electrical store but can’t order the parts.
This is a top notch establishment, with friendly and helpful reps. If you are a trade professional or a weekend warrior, these guys will help get the parts needed to finish the project!
