I would NEVER waste my time w/ this company if I didn't have too. Unfortunately my department has a contract through them. However, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in a company before. I called one day to check on my order (placed three weeks in advance) they told me part of it was done but they didn't know the status of the other half, "that's the other person's job".
