I cant say enough great things about Alain. He was super detailed in letting me know how to get to his studio and once I got there, the shoot could not have gone better. Alain used the natural light in his studio to get the perfect shots. You can tell he really cares and is passionate about his profession. We shared a few jokes and I had a great time while we were shooting. I would definitely recommend Alain for anyone looking for a photographer in the Chicago area.

the best customer service. he took my professional acting head shots. i didn't tell him that i was "ok" with them, i thought it was more my issue than his that i didn't like the way i looked. he followed up with me a few months later & when he learned i didn't like how i looked, HE RE-DID AN ENTIRE PHOTO SHOOT FOR FREE. and i got some great shots that are working fantastically. that's great customer service.
Alain was a great photographer for my headshots, I would have no problem using his services again and plan to for my future needs! What makes him great is his ease of transitioning and capturing more than those "smile for the camera" moments that I recall from most of childhood memories. Easy to talk to, very responsive via email, text and phone and was able to discuss my needs and how he likes to run the shoot. Alain was able to make me feel right at home during my shoot. His studio is beautiful, professional, and welcoming (and his cat Milo is pretty adorable). I would definitely recommend working with Alain if you are looking for someone who is entertaining and really knows his stuff about photography. It was a bit rainy the day of my shoot which threw off the lighting, but like the pro he is, Alain was able to improvise our set up and gave me a wide range of looks to choose from.
