As an offender, I was heavily depend on Mr Alain Hepner for a fair trial 2007 in a Calgary Court Room. Mr. Hepner betrayed me, abandoned me, & lied to me about my fate. I did not know he had a close relationship with the so called "Battered Women Syndrom group" when he accepted my case. I did not have any money to pay him & it was covered by Legal Aid.
