Ive always had a Samsung phone but changed to a new I phone. Visited this shop for a new screen protector for my new phone and was charged £10 including fitting. A family member pointed out some time later that it was too small as you could still see the screen around the edges .I returned to the shop however it was some time later to report it . Went to Aladdins today the man serving was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with what I needed
Worst customer service ever experienced! Went there for the first time, but it will become a nightmare for me now. Please if you all have any self respect, DONOT GO THERE! The salesman is a maniac and a psycho that doesn’t know how to treat customers. This place needs to get shut immediately!! Do not go there at all! Worst human being ever I met in my life!
Avoid. I Bought a power bank on the belief it was new but when I got home it looked worn and didn't work. When I returned it he told me he needed to test it himself and to come back in 15 mins. When I came back he confirmed it didn't work and gave me what he said was a better one. That was also swiftly returned as it was an older different model (again looked used) with no USB type C ports. He was very angry and rude when I wanted a refund. I did get my money back but I will never return.
