unacceptable dirty, smelly, ripped and stained products. they had a horrible smell of rotting food.. family and friends that have worked there in the past under the current supervision, and a family member that currently works there .the horror stories that i have been told and heard are revolting.These people are not being treated fairly.. there is alot of problems that need to be fixed there,like mold.
I as well am not nor have ever been an employee there. i would rather be unemployed than work in a hostile environment like aladco. I too know several people that currently work there and several people that did work there. i am a business owner and a professional. I know many people that have done business with them and said they would not recommend them to a rat. biased First off I am not an ex employee nor would I ever consider being one, this company allows physical threats from 1 employee to another, promotes an atmosphere of sexual harrasment "BY SUPERVISORS NO LESS." and not only allows but promotes a hostile and unhealthy work environment. I will aslo mention I know a doen of thier current employees so this is not second hand info.
