They try to show up...without you there to Deny and still get paid. ****If they see you there, waiting for the adjustment...they will drive away and hide down the street...hoping you will leave....Call ALLSTATE immediately, cancel ALACRITY...and request, Patriot, LadderNow or SeekNow.
Sadly, they never respond to phone calls. I’ve tried local, regional and Hq’s.
I am incredibly disappointed. Filed an insurance claim on 1/23/25, for my apartment being flooded due to a pipe burst. I got a call from them the next day regarding the next steps in the claim, I submit my photos and receipts by 1/25/25, I don’t hear from my insurance adjuster until a week later. At this point I was never given a list or offered to stay at hotels since my bed was damaged in the flood, and I had no where to sleep.
