To start off the estimator was not very friendly. He is a 3rd party estimator my insurance hired due to work load.He kept trying to get me to go back into my job before I could show him all the hidden damage from a collision with a deer. 0 stars if I could. This company has a track record for scams, Curtis Nivens neglected his job and messed up on his case. Later got promoted neglecting the case even further and leaving it alone for nearly 2 years. $100,000 coverage but can’t helping paying a $10,000 repair? Reading through the reviews I am gathering that users rating Alacrity with a very low rating are NOT confusing anything about Alacrity. ***UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO WAY TO GIVE A ZERO-STAR RATING*** This is a very lowly rated company contracted by insurance carriers to assess value in loss claims. It seems me that their primary aim is to make offers as low as possible (almost as low as their ratings, typically) to allow insurance companies to pay out as little as possible.
