Good work & decent prices but the young woman who controls the store has ZERO personal skills and is completely unacquainted with the concept of customer service. Email request to their website went unanswered. I wish I could give them more of my substantial amount of work but they seem totally uninterested in their customers.
The pride and joy framed piece in my home was framed by Alacrity 5 years ago for a ridiculously reasonable price, and still to this day looks like I just brought it home from the shop.
