DO NOT TRUST THEM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRESPONSIBLE. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. They’ll tell you they’ll do everything for you and then say they can’t do it anymore(right at the day of tax deadline). I went to them two weeks before the deadline and they said they’ll call me back in a few days after they resolve an issue. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK! In fact, I kept calling them everyday asking for an update until the day before the deadline and they kept rescheduling, kept saying “we’ll call you back”. And “... read more
