I have needed to make a change in my health for a long time. I was nervous and embarrassed about my weight and my poor choices. From the time I walked in until the time I left I felt comfortable and accepted. I was NOT made to feel guilty about past mistakes. They were kind and supportive of me and my desire to change my health. I feel as though I have just started out on an amazing journey!!!
