Why call the driver of another company for anything when you can call the company directly during business hours? Especially AFTER the load has been delivered! You’re lucky I used your app to track the load when the company gives you a way to track it without the driver being involved!
As an owner operator it is good to create a buisness relationship with a broker. Ran loads for AMX and all were good, had no problems. I'm not sure what happened on there end but I put a bid on a load which i have done in the past and I get a message from a guy in there office that they wanted my cab card. Alot of personal info to give a company. I was about to ask the man from AMX for there surety bond, to protect my company from being taking advantage of from another broker.
