Today’s visit was very easy and quick.
Average wait on the phone over 2 hrs only for the person that answers to give attitude and solve nothing. One day I called the millisecond the lines opened and I was caller #9, ended up waiting 1.5hrs. Businesses throughout the state have to deal with this place to get CMV plates and they used to be polite and helpful, but now they just reference the website and say your submission is in a queue and this office has up to 14 business days to complete your submission.
