I absolutely love Alabama Credit Union! Credit Union’s are the place to work with you!
New to the area and read the reviews so decided to bank here. The online appointment feature doesn't seem to work well, but you can phone and speak to someone easily. I dropped in to open my account and was dealt with quickly. The online app seems a bit glitchy and doesn't connect with my account well ... so I use the website for access.
Vatima was my banking person and she provided excellent service for banking information, credit cards, Certificates of Deposits, Loans and informing me the benefits of choosing there service. I would choose this bank if I were an incoming person in need of a bank. Vatima is well informed and can help you with any financial issues or concerns that you may have. If she doesn’t know, she can tell you where you can find the information you are looking for.
Vatima was soooo helpful in teaching my son about his banking options and how his money and Alabama Credit Union can help him. She even sent us to a great sushi place on Hughes for their crab Rangoon
