They charged over $200 dollar in fees on a debit account and would not notify the transactions. My Account went negative and they were going to charge another fee because of an automated payment that they were unable to tell me the actual date. They just said either the end of the month, or the beginning of the month. I will be switching banks after I settle the numbers. After 13+ years.
I was lucky enough to find Alabama Credit Union in Gulf Shores. The employees here are amazing. I have recommended this credit union to a number of people i have met down here. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Even though we are snowbirds they treated us like family. I cant say enough positive things about the staff. Just wonderful all around.
Heather opened my checking and savings account and helped me open my phone app went the extra mile with a smile and I feel so good I come here to have my bank account everyone is super sweet this is how banking should be
