As someone with a background in finance and works at a large credit union, ACU employees are scarily incompetent. Systems are forever down. They do not call back. Debit cards are compromised easily and frequently. The security systems in place are trash. Representatives are unfriendly and smacking their gum on the phone. I’m thrilled to be moving all of our finances to USAA after the most recent encounter. The Alabama Credit Union is the hardest company to get through on the phone. They silence their calls on the call back system and leave you a voicemail. This waist your time having to go through this process again to get in touch with them.
absolute worst financial institution ive ever dealt with. good luck getting ahold of somebody on the main bank phone number tried calling 12 times in 3 days and was on hold for an hour every time ajd had to hang up amd keep trying...absolutely rediculous
