As a customer, I always support small shops. I liked your customer service, but most of the products in your shop don't have labels. Constantly saying "how much is this?" and "how much is this?" has turned me off. I didn't buy most of the items because they didn't have any prices on them. If there are no price tags, I won't be buying from you from now on.
