i call for beds for clients quite regularly and staff are always friendly and ready to help. Clients are always happy i found them a bed there.
If only the clients could learn a bit of respect the shelter wouldn't be in the state it is. And used the services available they'd learn that you get back what you put in effort wise. I did what was asked and a bit of my own and I am now housed in a brand new apartment. Not an SRO either. I held out and it paid off. Patience is a true virtue to be practiced though. Thank you staff for all your help.
Really nice staff foe the most part. Got really bad bugs from the beds tho anf i didnt bring any or have problems before going in there with them :( needs hygiene upgeade
Same if you are good and very busy every week you have a review with the staff the tall blonde she doesn't care. I give it some proof of my busy week but she never took me serously what i say and kick me out anyway. She completly broke my futur plan and i finish in a room with black mold i just loose a other entire years to be so sick.Don't use the laundry service the laundry staff stole the clothes. 1 star is too much. Every client must protect your device because the staff spy you device!
