My therapy aims to improve blood circulation, restore muscle elasticity. 99% of people's problems come from incorrect posture and a sedentary lifestyle, limited movement leads to poor blood supply and from this comes stiffness and muscle spasms. Once the muscle is in spasm, it does not work optimally or at all, therefore the burden falls on the joints. Regular stretching exercises and deep tissue massages are extremely beneficial for prevention and recovery.
