Dr Asra (female) was amazing. She listens and understands and takes action. The front desk ladies are wonderful and accommodating. The nurse practitioner is so kind and helpful. Dr Ben Hassan is also a very kind doctor. Great clinic!
Overall, my experience at this family clinic has been almost excellent. The doctors provide high-quality care, particularly Dr. Asra Segok, Dr. Alfaisal Abdulwanis, and Dr. Mohamed Ben Hassan, demonstrating professionalism, dedication, and a genuine interest in patient well-being. I am not happy with the service. I moved to Calgary almost a year ago, but because I was so busy with my school I still don’t have any family doctor. I have tried some but didn’t like them and still don’t have any. My family doctor still is in this clinic and I requested a form to be signed which will prove my medical history but they denied it, even though I explained it is urgent after almost a week they said we can’t help you.
