I have used them for a few jobs at our bakery Pollman's Bake Shop. They are one of a very small group of business working in a trade that not only actually knows what they're doing but also do it without charging an exorbitant price. We hired another local company that specializes in restaurant equipment to install a new donut fryer and not only could they not figure out how to hook up a basic gas connection to the fryer they quoted $4500 to fix it.
