I would strongly advise anybody not to trust these guys with delivering your load. they will say that they are on the way to the pick up for the load, and then say his tire blew, then the mechanic will miraculously show up 5 minutes later on the highway and they will say they will be 30 minutes late and then block you on everything, not showing up at all.
