Had an amazing experience with the staff. We're currently vacationing from Alberta and I had accidentally broke a part of my wife's bike during our travels. Since she rides a Trek, I naturally decided to look for a Trek dealer. The service dept staff was amazing (Sorry, I can't remember his name).
