Couldn’t ask for better service for my yearly tax return. Al is both a skilled accountant and a kind enigmatic character. Ambiance in the office is unbeatable no where else like it ❤️

I was skeptical about working with Al because of his poor reviews and they were all correct. Al is an unorganized, unprofessional and one of the worst services in NYC. Al's lack of professionalism is truly shocking. He showed up to our initial meeting 30 minutes late, when you call he has no idea who you are even though he's spoken to you multiple times, but the worst part is that he promises to call back and never follows through and then gets angry when you call to follow up about a service that he is promising to provide.... read more

I am very sad that I have to write this review... I filed my tax return here on time in 2023, and it was fairly early (at the end of January). However, I ended up receiving a penalty for late filing from the IRS. When I called the IRS, I found out that my filing was actually submitted in May. I am extremely disappointed. Their phone line is unreachable, and my emails have been ignored multiple times...

I used him for years and thought he was very good, worked with a lot of artists. This year apparently he decided he doesn't want to do my taxes (!?) and hasn't returned my phone calls. Today I finally caught him and he told me to call back in an hour. When I did I got voice mail.Huh? Very unprofessional.
