Call ahead! The recorded phone message says the office opens at 10 am. I waited an hour for the person to arrive! When she finally arrived at 11 am, I told her I had waited an hour. Her retort was, "I'm a volunteer." I replied that it would help if someone else in the building could at least put a note on the door when she had to arrive late. She ignored my comment.
