If there was a such thing as ZERO STARS, that would be my rating. I should’ve looked at the reviews before coming in. I was in a desperate situation because my usual braider was not available. I asked for knotless medium. And got box braids small, medium, and large. The parts looked like a child did them. Went back to discuss pricing with them because they charged me $260 for these braids. Don’t waste your time, UNPROFESSIONAL! I called on Thursday morning asking for services for Friday afternoon, I set my appointment with them , just to walk in on Friday afternoon and one of the ladies tell me “she’s busy” I’ll never step foot in there again !
