I came here for a mani and pedi as a treat for my birthday, after being disappointed with another salon previously. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t turn out the way I hoped, especially considering the amount I spent. I booked a manicure with a French finish and initially wanted French with chrome. I was told chrome wasn’t available, but that a shimmer polish could be used instead, so I agreed. I visited for the first time in many years and was so impressed. I had a brow stain and wax and eyelash lift and tint with Grace. She was absolutely fantastic. She was very knowledgeable yet always checked if I was comfortable and happy. It was a beautiful experience in the room with calm music playing through the treatment. I’m considering driving from Melbourne every time just for the appointment! Will be back.
