I understand they have limited hours because of the pandemic but according to the receptionist as well as the recording on their answering machine they are in their office Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2-6. Last Thursday I left work early to get there before they closed and when I arrived at 5:15 they were not there. I also don't tried reaching out to them via email to get a copy of my prescription mailed to me and was completely ignored TWICE. I will be doing my business elsewhere.

We go to the Akron Optical Shop and Dr. Matt is awesome with my daughter. She tends to be hyper, and never stops moving. He never loses his patience and is kind and compassionate when interacting with kids. My husband and I also go there and they go above and beyond to make sure that our contacts and glasses are the best fit possible. Gina and the staff there is friendly and accommodating. I cant reccomend them enough.

I had my appointment on 10/3/18 and as of 12/15/18, I still had not received my glasses. Why? Because the frames were on backorder. I finally asked that they fax my script to my new eye doctor and was told "our fax machine is down". We asked that they email it. Oh no, they said, we are not set up to do that. Finally, yesterday they faxed the script and I picked up my new glasses today. I will never step foot back into that office!
So Denise and Bonnie had me in and out and looking good!!!

I had to go to Akron Optical Shop because of my insurance and I thought great, it is going to be a run down smelly place, but when my daughter and I walked in, we were very pleased of what we shaw. It was very, very clean and the one lady who helped us, she was very helpful, not pushy what so ever (meaning for us to purchase the most expesive pair either. I am so glad that I found this place and I would recommend this place to everyone.
