Absolutely horrible service. Asked to change my order, then asked what the new price was and he refused to tell me and kept asking for my card number before he would tell me the new total. Then he hung up on me 3 times after I asked kindly what the new total would be and asked if he could tell me first before charging my card. He then said "I don't need someone winding my watch for 3 hours, just go somewhere else." I feel like they are scamming people and I would highly advise to go somewhere else more credible.
We ordered almost $200 (over 300 pieces total) worth of small toys for a carnival day at work. They arrived very tightly but carefully packed in one large box. Everything came in beautiful condition and the quality was better than i was expecting. They called and confirmed my shipping address since i was having it delivered to my work. I placed my order late Wednesday 8-3-11 and we received our items Monday, 8-8-11 with standard shipping (though it was almost $27 to ship). Overall it was a pleasant experience.
