First time customer. Clean friendly business. Was fast and accurate and very respectful. Price was great compared HR Block and other chain tax services. Got us a great refund.
Very helpful everytime I call. I visited this location after realizing my akron taxes were behind. They worked out a payment plan and were so kind and understanding.
Is it safe to assume this new online system ISN'T WORKING? It makes no sense whatsoever. There are no instructions. "Name and address fields are required" well, I would imagine so, but WHERE ARE THEY? City taxes have taken ten minutes at most decades. What the h&ll is this??
