I attended the Akron branch Customer appreciation event. I was greeted by the staff and felt like I was part of a family. Their warm welcome was awesome. I receive great service when I walk into the branch. It’s good to have people to help you and not to have to sit in front of a computer. I love the personal contact.

I am a member from the Akron Police and Fire Credit union. We are now an associate with the Chicago Police credit union. Today we had a credit union luncheon with the Akron credit union employees. It was Great, grilled hamburgers and hotdogs. A big thanks to the Manager April and her staff Susie, Traci, Massey and others. It was so nice get together with them.
