I attended the Akron branch Customer appreciation event. I was greeted by the staff and felt like I was part of a family. Their warm welcome was awesome. I receive great service when I walk into the branch. It’s good to have people to help you and not to have to sit in front of a computer. I love the personal contact.

I am a member from the Akron Police and Fire Credit union. We are now an associate with the Chicago Police credit union. Today we had a credit union luncheon with the Akron credit union employees. It was Great, grilled hamburgers and hotdogs. A big thanks to the Manager April and her staff Susie, Traci, Massey and others. It was so nice get together with them. The staff at the Akron Branch. Tracy Landon Suzie April Maddie and Savannah are the best. recently went in with a banking issue and each one of them went above and was eager to Assist me.
Everytime I walk in the building I am warmly welcomed by Landon, Maddie or April herself. There is no shortage of smiles and helpful hands with Tracy, Savannah and Suzie. Even when dealing with a difficult problem, everyone here does their utmost to make the best of a bad situation. 12/10!
