Very rude.
Best experience I've ever had with a taxi service. Have been temporarily without a car. He arrived right on time and got my husband and I to an 8 am appointment. He was very kind and professional. He not only picked us up after our appointment at a moments notice, but called us that afternoon when he had no fares and took us to the grocery store and helped unload our groceries. Absolutely amazing!!! So kind. Will never call anybody but him in the future.
Purchased a used car off marketplace. After we exchanged the title, I left the vehicle in a public lot so I could return and pick it up later. It was an hour away and I needed a ride to go get it. Taxi arrived when he said he would, driver was friendly and we got there with no issues. I'd use this service again.
The best service I ever had the Driver was very Professional and my wait time wasn't even long 10 mins.top.Did I mention very affordable this is the only Service I will use in Akron.Thank You
