Very disappointed with Akris Customer service. Not at all helpful with an issue with substandard fabric used on the boyfriend blazer I recently purchased. I asked for a repair or a replacement due to the condition of the fabric falling apart. Something is clearly wrong with it. The sleeves/cuffs are pilling and look very cheap now. I will not wear it like this. The customer service manager said that they will not replace and not repair and she was completely unhelpful.
