I had a fabulous experience in Andonia's Sound Meditation class. I have a hard time clearing my mind for meditation and this experience was exceptionally effective in getting me to relax and just "be" in the moment. I will be the first to sign up in the next session!

I had a deeply beautiful experience with Antonia. She deeply listens and was able to curate a healing space that I needed for this time in my life. I've been in deep emotional pain and she was able to help me relax my nervous system and release pain that has been stored in my body. I was then able to receive the things that my soul needed. After the session, she provided me with tools I could use in my everyday life. She is a gift of a human and I highly recommend going to her!
