Have been using Lisa and her team for a few years. She is very knowledgeable with military taxes and makes tax return season a breeze.
Lisa is excellent to work with, and I highly recommend her services. She's personable, she understands complexities and is able to speak to our specific needs with no issues.
I have been using AKL for three years now and they are terrific! I since moved from MD to NC and I continue to use them because they are responsive, knowledgeable, timely, reasonably priced and genuinely care about their clients. I submit everything online, communicate with them via their portal or email, and make an appointment for tax meetings at my convenience, and meet via Zoom at annual tax time. They also have advised me on tax situations throughout the year. I highly recommend them for all your tax service needs!
Lisa and her team are very responsive and reassuring when it comes to preparing and filing tax returns. I’ve used their services for the past 3 years and couldn’t be happier. My husband had always taken care of our taxes. After he passed away and after 3 years of using 2 different CPA firms, Lisa pointed out things that I should’ve been doing and there was no judgement at all.
