We went within the 14 days to exchange an item. I checked the policy and the dates before going. He asked if I had a receipt and it turns out they printed me a blank receipt. I didn’t check when I left the store because the employee put it in the bottom of the bag and I trusted that it wouldn’t be blank. Went to return an item within the 14 day policy. Turns out the cashier gave a blank receipt when the item was sold. During the return they asked for phone and email but couldn't find either bc they didn't ask for it during the purchase to begin with. Refused to check the card for purchase and then claimed the garment had odor even though its been sitting in a bag. Oh my goodness, this was my first time going to an Akira store and I fell in love! Isaiah, a floating store manager, gave me a tour of the store. I did end up purchasing a few items. However, I’m giving 4 stars because the buttons popped off when trying on at home. I will still shop here, but will double check the secure stitching of buttons.
