Drove an hour into this location today, as I often do, looking for a dress to brighten my mom’s day for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, instead of feeling welcomed or helped, I felt like I was being watched and followed around the store until I reached checkout. It’s disappointing because this has happened more than once, and it creates an uncomfortable shopping experience. Customers should feel respected and valued. I came in excited to shop for my mom, but I left feeling judged rather than appreciated as a customer.
I wanted to take the time to submit a review for associate Toni. I’ve encountered Toni twice at the Woodfield location and both times were extremely pleasant. There was a small hiccup during my second visit with my transaction, but Toni was apologetic and gracious. Mistakes happen, but in customer service the way you handle them leaves a lasting impression. I’ve been in retail for almost 30 years so I know that a good team is hard to come by. Thank you Toni for giving me a reason to compliment versus complain.
The best store in the mall 🤍 The staff is very kind and welcoming, especially Nick — special thanks to him! We stayed a bit past closing time, and no one rushed us or even mentioned they were closed. They kindly waited until we finished our shopping. It was very sweet and left such a great impression.
Update: Customer service rectified the error. Spent over $1400 on Feb 28th, supplied my email for points and never received anything. Now Im trying to get them retroactively because the website says you have to have an online account prior. I should have been informed of the policy. Now Im in a back and forth with the AI bot sending in proof of purchase and may still not get my points. While I love the clothes, Im really irritated.
