Staff polite but did report my concerns to corporate office regarding the appearance of bias conflict of interest of doctor private relationship with with local employers prior to my arrival was given copies of texts where my employer and doctors where engaging in ex-parte communication and not providing info to corporate office nor including to injured employee file plus when requested doctors state license to practice in California none was given doctors are objective observers are supposed to neutral but in Santa Maria ca... read more
You wait 4 hours for the Dr to come in and just confirm your injury that you already suspect you have. Then they make you schedule multiple appointments afterwards and do nothing to fix your injury. The Dr also refused to sign my paperwork without an appointment from my insurance company confirming my injury. This place is a scam and everyone should report them to the BBB and revoke their license.
This place is horrible. No one answers the phone or even returns your calls.Everyone waits minimum 4 hours before getting seen by the doctor. Their system sucks! They should be able to do better.
