Unprofessional staff and wait times are unacceptable. If I couldn’t make an appointment for the services needed then I shouldn’t be last either and I got in before others. A older man needed help using a tablet and the front desk staff just said oh no or idk just sign. Healthcare professionals need better management and manners.
You Definitely want to avoid this location at all costs. My wait time was almost 2 hours after opening. Front desk gave me a little bit of attitude after telling her I was only sent a bar code and no paperwork for my Drug screening. Lady in the back seemed miserable. “Lighten up lady it’s only 11Am.” I’d suggest another location
Came in today and had the best service from Stephanie. She was very polite and fast. The doctor Janene Arteche was amazing and really fast very nice and explain things to you as she does it. I would highly recommend this place any day.
